Extractions include the removal of teeth that are too damaged or decayed to remain without threatening your health. However, Drs. Cote & Schope also perform extractions of third molars, better known as wisdom teeth.

Wisdom teeth typically erupt in late adolescence. Unfortunately, allowing wisdom teeth to come in can create serious issues, as the mouth is already full at this point. Wisdom teeth can cause crowding, infections, and other problems if left unchecked.
